Honey Sriracha Chicken Kebabs
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create the marinade
Place chicken chunks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour half of the marinade over the chicken
Reserve the remaining marinade for basting later
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or ideally, overnight for maximum flavor
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Thread marinated chicken chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers
Grill the kebabs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the reserved marinade, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char
Serve the Honey Sriracha Chicken Kebabs hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired
