Chicken Caesar Burger Patties
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
- Caesar dressing for drizzling
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Put breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, chopped parsley, chopped red onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Mix the ingredients together
Mix everything together well
Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C
Put the burger patties in the air fryer basket that has already been heated
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping the patties over halfway through, or until they are fully cooked and have a golden brown crust
Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for one to two minutes while the patties are cooking
To put together the burgers, start by putting a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun
Then add a chicken Caesar patty, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onion
Pour Caesar dressing over the toppings, and then top with grated Parmesan cheese
Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot
