Loaded Potato Bake



This Loaded Potato Bake is a comforting and indulgent dish perfect for any occasion. Creamy potatoes are mixed with gooey cheese, tangy sour cream, savory bacon, and aromatic green onions, then baked to perfection.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes, washed and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

To make diced potatoes fork-tender, boil them and then drain them

Potatoes, sour cream, green onions, bacon, melted butter, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl

Move the mixture to a baking dish that has been greased

Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is crisp and golden brown

Enjoy while hot!
