Flood Refugees in Isaan the Middle Class 1

Many retired government workers carry on to open businesses of their own any many have their businesses in Bangkok and find themselves at a loss during the floods. One friend of mine is a good example of what I am talking about. He is Khon Kaen people and worked many years as a government tax person. He has a successful business advising people in Bangkok and central Thailand on those things "Business and tax oriented. He recently explained the laws and tax structure that have given birth to the apartment concept. I will post an entry about this at a later date. His wife is a retired school teacher who operates a daytime restaurant in Khon Kaen. The are not in the terrible state that some are in, but the loss of income for this time certainly has an impact on them. He is paying for an apartment and office in Bangkok and no income from there for who knows how many more weeks. Luckily we older folks are not in the debt that many of the younger generation middle class people are in and they will be the subject of yet another upcoming post.
As I have said the repercussions of this catastrophe are far reaching and the affects will be felt for months if not years to come.
