People have been asking me why I post so much from the Lake. Well here is episode 1 of my answer. Sunrises, sunsets, moon rises, temples, Mahathat, The City museum, food and most of all the people. Beung Kaen Nakhon is to Khon Kaenmore than what Luphini Park is to Bangkok, more than what Central Park is to New York City. It's in proportion to population much more visited. For the restaurants and more that surround the lake it is the focal point, it is the magnet. I have been getting more history of the lake for more than 3 months now and hope to have more when episode II Beung Kaen Nakhon, Khon Kaen, Isaan Thailand arrives.
